Cubbycoo Replacement Policy
At Cubbycoo, your satisfaction is our priority. If you receive a product that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, we offer a smooth and hassle-free replacement process.
Eligibility for Replacement:

Replacement request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.

Product must be in unused, unassembled, and original condition with all packaging, tags, and accessories intact.

A valid proof of purchase (Invoice) is mandatory.

Manufacturing defects

Wrong product received

Transit damage

In case of missing parts, we will ship the missing components free of cost.
⚠️ Unboxing video is mandatory for all replacement requests.
How to Request a Replacement?

Clear photos/videos showing the defect or issue

Our support team will review your request and respond within 2 working days.

Once approved, we will arrange a pickup through a trusted courier partner.

If pickup service is unavailable at your location, you may courier the product to our address. We will reimburse courier charges up to ₹300 (receipt required).
Important Notes:

For large products (e.g., Battery Cars, Bikes), we may offer Part Replacement for faster resolution.

Replacement is applicable only for the exact issue raised at the time of complaint.

Products failing the quality check upon return are not eligible for replacement.
