Cubbycoo Replacement Policy

At Cubbycoo, your satisfaction is our priority. If you receive a product that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, we offer a smooth and hassle-free replacement process.

 

Eligibility for Replacement:

  • Replacement request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Product must be in unused, unassembled, and original condition with all packaging, tags, and accessories intact.

  • A valid proof of purchase (Invoice) is mandatory.

  • Replacement is offered only for:

    • Manufacturing defects

    • Wrong product received

    • Transit damage

  • In case of missing parts, we will ship the missing components free of cost.

⚠️ Unboxing video is mandatory for all replacement requests.

 

How to Request a Replacement?

  1. Email us at kairoticecom@gmail.com with:

  • Your Order Number, Contact Details

  • Clear photos/videos showing the defect or issue

  1. Our support team will review your request and respond within 2 working days.

  2. Once approved, we will arrange a pickup through a trusted courier partner.

  3. If pickup service is unavailable at your location, you may courier the product to our address. We will reimburse courier charges up to ₹300 (receipt required).

Important Notes:

  • For large products (e.g., Battery Cars, Bikes), we may offer Part Replacement for faster resolution.

  • Replacement is applicable only for the exact issue raised at the time of complaint.

  • Products failing the quality check upon return are not eligible for replacement.
