Returns & Exchanges

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically credited on your original payment method within 10 business days. Exchanges and replacements will be processed and delivered within 5–7 business days.


 

How to Request a Return/Refund?

To initiate a return or refund, please email us at kairoticecom@gmail.com with the following details:

  • Your Order Number

  • Your Registered Email ID and Contact Number

  • Clear Photos/Videos showing the product issue or concern

Our support team will respond within 2 working days with the next steps.


 

Return/Refund Eligibility

  • Return/refund request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Product must be unused, unwashed, unassembled, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.

  • Original invoice copy is mandatory.

  • Valid reasons for return/refund include:

    • Manufacturing Defects

    • Wrong Product Received

    • Transit Damage

Note: An unboxing video is mandatory for all return/refund claims.

In case of missing parts or accessories, we will ship the missing items separately at no additional cost.


 

Refund Process

  • Once your return is approved and received (if applicable), the refund will be credited within 5-7 business days.

  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method or as store credit, based on your preference.


 

Pickup & Courier Guidelines

  • We will arrange a pickup from your location if your pincode is serviceable.

  • If not serviceable, you may courier the item to our address.
     We will reimburse up to ₹300 (with valid proof of courier charges). 

 


 

Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.

  • Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.
